Can you imagine if we gave each other carrots for Valentines Day? Or peppers? Somehow it just doesn't have the excitement of chocolate!
Are you eating chocolate(s) for the holiday? Already started? (I hope not!) If you are a dedicated Weight Watcher, I doubt your beloved would give you chocolate for Valentines Day. Of course, you probably won't get a carrot or a pepper either.
What will YOU do to celebrate?
On this day of LOVE, how about LOVING YOU? We spoke in our last meeting about all of you who are taking the TIME to TAKE CARE of you. You do that by attending your Weight Watchers meetings. You do not get the full Weight Watchers experience by weighing in and rushing out the door (although the fact that you made the commitment to come and weigh in is certainly admirable!).
Every week our meeting room is packed with people who are taking care of themselves- often this means they can then do a better job at taking care of other people in their life.

YOU are making time for YOU by:
- cooking healthier meals
- watching your portion sizes
- making time for exercise
- using the word, "no."
Love YOURSELF. Love your new and improved food choices. Take care of YOU so you can take care of others. When you get the right attitude of loving what you are doing, chocolates don't seem quite so important anymore.
