Ginormous Breakfast Bowl from the Hungry Girl as mentioned in the meeting last week

Go to http://www.hungrygirl.com/ for incredible WW friendly recipes. When we discussed breakfasts last week, I read you this recipe. Many have asked for it...here it is. (The second recipe is for comparison only!)

Jack in the Box's Denver Breakfast Bowl
Bad to the Bowl
As humans who enjoy food a lot, we especially like it when a bunch of different food items are thrown into a bowl and covered with cheese. Mmmmmm! Unfortunately, eating a ginormous bowl of cheese-smothered breakfast goodies is an easy way to ingest too many calories early in the morning. Lately, Jack in the Box has been pushing something called the Denver Breakfast Bowl. It has 720 calories and 53g fat (POINTS® value 18*), and we say that is no way to start the day. Even worse is the Hearty Breakfast Bowl, which contains a whopping 780 calories and 60g fat (POINTS® value 20*). But it's the Denver one that really caught our attention, so we decided to give it an HG makeover. Now, we've done the hard part and churned out a low-calorie, low-fat, super-filling breakfast bowl packed with deliciousness. All YOU have to do is make it. Happy chewing...
